Belkin recently launched a new product called WeMo, a controller for home electronics. An end cap display was developed for placement in Best Buy stores. The display, which reflects Belkin’s clean, fresh look features the tag line, “This Controls That.” Visually explaining how the product works makes it easy to understand being connected. Having products merchandised below the messaging meets the objective of having product available, avoiding the need by the consumer to go elsewhere within the store to obtain the product.
Display materials included a vacuum formed header to support the LED lighting, and thin frosted paper stock that would be backlit and litho-printed graphics mounted to Sintra. The WeMo display was created for Belkin by Trans World Marketing, (www.transworldmarketing.com), an East Rutherford, NJ-based point-of-purchase display firm.
