Insignia Systems and Park Printing, (www.parkprint.com), Minneapolis, MN, have entered into an agreement to sell Insignia’s in-store marketing business to an affiliate of Park Printing. Park Printing will acquire certain assets and liabilities associated with the in-store marketing business in exchange for a cash purchase price of $3.5 million.
