Bay Cities, (www.bay-cities.com), a Pico Rivera, CA-based display firm, has appointed Michael Musgrave as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Musgrave will be responsible for the Manufacturing plants, including the Digital and Permanent Display division, Design departments and the Packout facilities.
