The kiosk at Citizens Market Hall at the newly opened Manhattan West is an innovative approach to the food ordering experience. It is part of a new culinary marketplace in the growing Hudson Yard area of New York City.
Supporting these new food concepts are 8 self-service kiosks arranged throughout the hall. The kiosks in the Market Hall as well as the Citizen’s GO location offer customers a totally new way to experience food ordering that is engaging, convenient, and allows them to satisfy every craving in one cart.
The sleek kiosks house a 32″ touchscreen which allows customers to scroll though menus from 9 food concepts (Umami Burger, Krispy Rice, Katsuya and more). Customers can choose items from any and all menus, combining their selections into one order.
The kiosks were created by In-Store Experience, (www.instoreexperience.com, a Westport, CT-based display firm.
