Keurig Dr Pepper has appointed Drew Panayiotou as Chief Marketing Officer, U.S. Refreshment Beverages. Pan-ayiotou joins the Company from Pfizer, where he was the company’s Global Chief Marketing Officer with oversight across all of Pfizer’s markets and products, leading a team of 1,400. He will lead marketing for KDP’s $9 billion portfolio of cold beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, Mott’s, A&W 7UP and Snapple.
