As a part of its longstanding commitment to its headquarters city, Kohl’s is developing its first-ever downtown Milwaukee store, opening in Fall of 2023.
The new Milwaukee store is a key part of its growth market store strategy, allowing it to enter previously untapped markets that could not support a full-sized Kohl’s store. The Milwaukee store is one of 100 planned small-format stores with a reimagined store experience to open over the next four years. By entering these new neighborhoods, Kohl’s can reach new younger, more diverse customers.
