Kum & Go’s first Missouri-based Bistro-style location recently opened in Aurora, MO. The Kum & Go Bistro is the newest store layout from the Midwestern convenience retail icon and is a mini-me of the retailer’s larger Marketplace stores. The Bistro layout puts the focus on both the retailer’s food and fuel options with plenty of indoor seating and fuel pumps outside – all while coming in at under 4,000 sq. ft.
Kum & Go opened its first Bistro location last fall in Walnut, IA, and the prototype has continued to grow in popularity due to its more compact size, which is perfect for smaller plots of land. In 2023 alone, Kum & Go has opened eight Bistro across six different states, a number that now includes Missouri.
