Pioneering clothing company SCOTTeVEST has developed a revolutionary new p.o.p. display that uses personalized videos and biometric scanners to create a guided shopping experience. Customers can also speak with customer service representatives via the display’s live video chat.
The display detects when a customer approaches, activates a video tailored to each location/store, greets them, then uses biometric scanners to estimate their correct size and guides them through the SCOTTeVEST catalog. Once the customer tries on a garment they can scan the tag for a video rundown showcasing all the cool features. If they have questions, the display will open a live video chat with a SCOTTeVEST customer service member. Once a garment is selected, a QR code appears which they can scan to complete the purchase.
